Each book ends with a full-color timeline and “Scope of War” which provides a map of key battles, a pie graph of casualties, and a short list of key players. B&w and color illustrations offer visuals to Revolutionary War while Vietnam War has the addition of photographs. This series will be a popular addition to nonfiction collections. Recommended.
