After flying through a portal, Dreamfinder and Figment find themselves in 21st century Florida at the new Academy built in their honor, but when a demonstration goes wrong, Dreamfinder's self-doubt transforms him into the Doubtfinder. Figment finds help in Capri, a descendant of the Dreamfinder and a budding inventor, and the duo rush to free Dreamfinder before doubt can take over the world.
