    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Directions

    1. Put the meat, garlic powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix with your hands.

    2. Divide the meat into eight equal parts. Shape each part into a patty. Make them ¼ inch (0.6 cm) thick.

    3. Put two small cheese slices between two patties. Pinch the edges of the patties together. Repeat with the remaining patties.

    4. Heat the grill to medium-high. Place the patties on the grill. Cook for 4 minutes. Flip the patties. Cook for 3 more minutes. Do not press on the patties while they are cooking.

    5. Take the patties off the grill. Let them cool for 5 minutes. Serve them on hamburger buns. Enjoy!
