Dung surprises Bo on their way to Firefly School by navigating with the moon's light. During their travels, they meet a bat and Dung pledges to show the fireflies how great beetles are. At school, Dung and Bo give their Star of the Week presentations and wonder if their classmates are laughing at them. As class ends, they learn some surprising beetle facts.
